I love to read and usually read everyday but I have run into the problem of carrying books while traveling, the Amazon Kindle has solved that problem. Depending on the book, I can read it in a few days to a week but it is impossible to carry multiple books in my backpack while traveling. [...]

Travalo With Genie S Refill Review
We were recently sent a Travalo for review. Travalo is a refillable perfume sprayer that is TSA approved for carry-on luggage. I was really excited to try this out because of the “spill-free internal refill system” that “doesn’t use funnels or other parts.” However, I was curious to see if it would be that simple. [...]

Lush Solid Shampoos and Conditioner
I discovered Lush Fresh Handmade Soaps and Natural Cosmetics about four years ago when Joe was living in England. But it wasn’t until about two and half years ago that I placed my first order with Lush UK. I have been hooked ever since. The two products that I have been using religiously since I [...]

Review: Eagle Creek Packing Cubes
Eagle Creek Packing Cubes are the single, best thing I have ever bought when it comes to travel. Right before I left to visit Joe in England the first time, my mom and I discovered a set of three packing cubes at REI. The set came with a large, medium and small packing cube for [...]

Golite Pinnacle Backpack VS Osprey Aura 65 Backpack
I have had two backpacks since I started traveling in November 2007. When I found out I would get to visit Joe in England, I started researching backpacks. My main priority was that it weighed very little. I went to REI and looked at all of the backpacks; they were already 3-8 lbs before even putting anything in them. I am a pretty small person so I was concerned with getting a backpack that weighed less than 3 lbs before putting anything in it.

Sea to Summit Silk Travel Liner Review
A sleep sheet should be on every travelers packing list, the Sea to Summit Silk Travel Liner is my choice for that sleep sheet. Sometimes hostels may not provide clean sheets or you may end up with dirty bedding somewhere. A sleep sheet of some sort can save the day. When I started travelling I [...]

Osprey Atmos 65 Backpack Review
My very first backpack I started travelling with was a cheap backpack I bought off Ebay for less than $50. After only a few trips around Europe it started tearing and straps started breaking. I upgraded to a new backpack that my girlfriend bought from a sporting goods store and travelled around quite a few more countries in Europe with that pack. It was good enough but nothing special. Once I made it into the low teens of countries I’ve visited, I knew it was time to get a real backpack if I thought I was a real backpacker. The Osprey Atmos 65 was that backpack.
